InfoIMAGE Privacy and Security Policy
InfoIMAGE, Inc. is committed to protecting the privacy and security of client information on our transactional servers and website servers.

InfoIMAGE collects nonpublic personal information about our users from the following sources:
•    Information InfoIMAGE receives on applications and other forms
•    Information InfoIMAGE collects through our website server via a “cookie”

Through these sources, InfoIMAGE collects the following nonpublic information:
•    Contact information, such as name, address, and telephone number

InfoIMAGE does not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone, unless one of the following conditions is met:
•    InfoIMAGE receives written consent from a client
•    The recipient is our client or our client’s agent or representative
•    The recipient is a business associate with whom our client has a contractual relationship, such as a bank or investment fund
•    InfoIMAGE is required by law to release information to the recipient

InfoIMAGE internally uses client information for educational purposes and to help serve clients or to suggest services or materials that may be of interest to our clients. InfoIMAGE restricts access to client personal and financial data to authorized InfoIMAGE employees and business associates who have a need for these records in order to perform contractual duties owed to clients. InfoIMAGE limits employee access to client information to those employees we believe have a legitimate business need for the information. We have designed employee policies and procedures around the protection of client information and it is the duty of each InfoIMAGE employee to comply with our privacy principles.  We also require all business associates to contractually commit to strict confidentiality, privacy and security standards.  
It is our policy not to sell, rent or otherwise provide client information to outside companies for third-party marketing purposes.  Occasionally, InfoIMAGE companies may use outside companies or suppliers to perform services for InfoIMAGE, such as preparing and distributing client account statements, processing client transactions and performing market research and analysis regarding our current or proposed products and services. We only provide market researchers with client contact information, such as name, address, and telephone number, and we require them to contractually commit to strict confidentiality, privacy and security standards.


InfoIMAGE uses advanced technology and information management techniques to implement security, audit and control programs designed to protect the confidentiality and security of the information we collect. In particular, InfoIMAGE’s transaction and website servers use security programs and devices which InfoIMAGE believes are in accordance with industry best practices, including data encryption, user names and passwords, and other security tools. InfoIMAGE also employs physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect all personal account information.  Clients are advised not to send any personal information to InfoIMAGE in non-secure e-mails.
